AS Series Hydraulic Flash Butt Welding Machine

Welding range in steel is from 300mm2 to 10000mm2
Main Features of The Machine:
AS Series Big Power Flash Butt Welding Machine have two type:
Vertical Type and Lever Type.
They are adopted with high power hydraulic cylinder system which can output the much higher and more stable press.
Our largest models range from 10Ton upset to 200Ton upset with 500 Ton clamp force. These welders weigh up to 45 Ton
They specially designed for long,heavy duty butt welding,such as big auto rim,big size of chain,big diameter bar and tube,etc.
The flash and butt welding process provides an excellent weld quality while no need any kind of filler materials,flux or gas coverage,therefore very convenient and fast.
AS Series Vertical Type Flash Butt Welding Machine is in heavy duty circle design,which is suitable for both welding series part continuously and welding various of workpiece by one machine.
AS Series Lever Type Flash Butt Welding Machine is in strong and hard construction design,which is mainly suitable for butt welding the big cross section product
